This document serves as both the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for PatriotVPN, a virtual private network service operated by Nexodus LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“PatriotVPN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of PatriotVPN constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may modify them at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract.
3. Service Description
PatriotVPN provides encrypted VPN tunnels to protect your internet traffic and IP address.
4. Zero-Logs VPN Policy (Strict No Activity Logs)
We do not log, monitor, or store:
- Browsing history
- Traffic data or content
- DNS queries
- Your real IP address or assigned VPN IP
- Connection timestamps or session duration
- Per-session bandwidth
This zero-logs policy is independently audited continually by KPMG. We cannot hand over data we do not have.
5. Customer Account Information
A. Purchases made directly on patriotvpn.com We collect and retain only the minimum information required for billing and support:
- Email address (your login/username)
- Payment information (processed and stored by PCI-compliant third-party processors; we never store full credit card numbers)
- Subscription plan and renewal date
- Transaction history
- Support correspondence
B. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store If you subscribe via in-app purchase on iOS or Android, the only personal information we receive and store is the email address you choose to use as your VPN username. Apple and Google handle all payment processing and billing. We do not receive your name, payment details, or any other identifiers from Apple or Google.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use PatriotVPN for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, child exploitation material, fraud, terrorism, or network attacks. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Payments & Refunds
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases only (excludes renewals and cryptocurrency payments).
- No refunds for accounts terminated for violating these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXODUS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO ANY CLAIM.
10. Governing Law
Nevada law governs these Terms. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in Nevada.

PRIVACY POLICY
1. Information We Collect
A. VPN Usage – ZERO LOGS No activity logs are ever created or stored.
B. Direct Website Sign-Ups (patriotvpn.com)
- Email address (username)
- Billing information (handled by PCI-compliant processors)
- Subscription and transaction history
- Support tickets
C. Sign-Ups via Apple App Store or Google Play Store When you subscribe through the iOS or Android app using in-app purchase:
- We only receive and store the email address you explicitly provide as your VPN username.
- We receive no name, payment details, Apple ID, Google account information, or any other personal data from Apple or Google.
- Apple and Google manage all payment and billing data under their own privacy policies.
D. Technical & Aggregated Data Anonymized server load, crash reports, and analytics that cannot be linked to any individual.
2. How We Use Your Information
Only to provide the service, process payments (website purchases only), send service announcements, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Retention
- VPN activity: none created
- Website customer data: kept while account is active + 180 days
- App Store/Google Play accounts: only your chosen email is retained while the subscription is active
- Financial records: retained as required by law (currently 7 years)
4. Data Sharing
Only with payment processors (website purchases), infrastructure providers under strict NDAs, or in response to valid U.S. legal process (and only for data we actually possess).
5. Security & Your Rights
We use industry-standard protections. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@patriotvpn.com.
6. Changes
Material changes will be announced via email or on our website.
