Server Location is blank, or saying 'Not Selected'

If you experience the application not loading the server list (states 'Not selected', and user IP address states 'Updating'):

VPN Client Server List Not Populated

  1. This issue is caused by the VPN client starting before your Internet connection is active; completely exit out of the application:

    VPN Client Exit Macintosh

    VPN Client Exit Windows

  2. Check and make sure you have Internet access (open a web browser to ensure there isn't any type of services agreement if you are using a 'free' WiFi connection)
  3. Once you have verified your Internet access, start the VPN application again and verify the Server list has populated.
