With most VPN services, lesser known or unknown mail domains are blocked from sending email.
This is done to prevent spammers from buying services for a short amount of time, then ruining it for everyone by getting the servers blocked.
If you experience an issue sending email while connected to the VPN, please open a support ticket and let us know the mail server address (usually mail.xxxxxx.xxx) and the port number your email uses; we will research the domain and add it to a whitelist.
